Ministry Update

"Because I rescued the poor who cried for help and the fatherless who had none to assist them." Job 29:12. Dear friends and supporters, we are busy building our strategy in preparation for the launch of the pilot project this fall (partial PEERS model deployment). Upon completion of Phase 1 Pilot, we will launch into Phase 2 pilot in the late Spring of 2021 and the full launch of the PEERS model in Thailand and Korea after Phase 2. We want to ensure data and feedback from both pilot projects will serve as lessons learned and ensure that full and scalable expansion is based on data. Faith N Hope leadership made a conscious decision to invest heavily in planning at the front end to pray, plan, and strategize, leading to a more significant measurable impact than just "doing stuff" as observed in many new programs or organizations. However, we are also preparing to start a simultaneous pilot project focused on aging out of the system to ensure that they have warm handoff with an opportunity for a meaningful career, relationship, and pathway for success. Our goal is to send two missionaries/facilitators to Thailand this fall who will be part of sharing the love of Christ (human touch / "high touch") within the "blended learning" of the PEERS model and mentorship.
