Managing & Logistics Director/Content Creator: Areas of focus: Ministry’s internal & external messaging & communications, education program support, volunteer (Korea) recruitment, website/digital content, & online education platform SME (a social venture partnership with GongTeo English). She also provides Faith N Hope with main operational and logistical support across its systems.

Pohang, Yeongdeok Children’s Program. Areas of focus: Education and ministry support for Faith n Hope’s Pohang and Youngduk program in South Korea. She is FnH’s chief education advisor to the ministry, and she also supports FnH’s partnership with WGM (World Gospel Mission). When not volunteering actively with FnH, she serves as an English Professor at Handong University.

Gimcheon, Mungyeong Children’s Program. Areas of focus: Education and ministry support for Faith n Hope’s Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea program. She’s also a member of the English Ministry’s Worship Praise Team and an active children’s ministry teacher at Thesehwoom Church.

Gimcheon Children’s Program: Focus areas include education and ministry support for Faith n Hope’s Gimcheon program in South Korea. When he’s not loving our kiddos and sharing his love of Christ with our children, he works in marketing at KEPCO E&C (Korea’s premier energy & technology firm).

Supporter, Community Advocate, and Prayer Partner. Jinny & her husband remain avid supporters and partners of Faith N Hope. They actively volunteer for the ministry, including welcoming children served by Faith N Hope into their home on weekends and supporting the English worship program, which Faith N Hope collaborates with Thesehwoom Church.

Special Project - Volunteer. Mathew provides technical/research support to FnH and serves as a short-term volunteer for our ministry. Matthew is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (Software Engineering), and in primary school, he participated in three short-term mission trips to ACA led by Soo & Thomas. When not supporting FnH, he is an entrepreneur and software engineer and previously served as a lead software engineer at Amazon, working on their AI project.

Faith N Hope Co-founder, Supporter & Volunteer - Ministry/spiritual, financial & logistical support. Thomas has decades of executive experience across various sectors and has led complex organizations, including government-affiliated public corporations, serving as President & CEO. He’s a decorated combat veteran of OIF, OEF, and OND, and holds graduate degrees in behavioral science and an MBA; he completed executive education at the Wharton School, attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School & volunteered as English Ministry Pastor.

Previously: Pohang, Yeongdeok Children’s Program. While she and her husband were in Korea, they supported education and ministry for Faith n Hope’s Pohang & Youngduk’s Children’s Homes. Susan and her husband served while Mr. Chinn taught at Handong University’s Law School. They are currently back in the U.S., continuing to support through prayer.
